SECTION 1 -Orders and Shipping
- To make orders just go to www.alesouk.com and browse our store, and add any item you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking add to cart button on the right hand side of the screen. You can easily change the quantity of item at checkout process when viewing the shopping cart.
- After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked either to register for new customers or to log in for existing customers. On register page you need to fill a few details which enables us to complete the order.
- All the prices are in United States Dollars and do NOT include shipping, customs and insurance costs . Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SECTION 2 – About Product Images
- Please read the descriptions for indications of current stock. These provide a general guidance only. Please also note that even though we have made every effort to accurately display colors on the website, the colors on this web site will be affected by the settings of the PC monitor on which they are viewed.
- We use high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100 % guarantee that you will receive the exact color what you have seen in your monitor. Product Descriptions were prepared as much as our knowledge for guidance purpose only.
SECTION 3 –About Product Fabrics/Quality
- In the ikat fabric section there are certain ikat patterns which we re-order on a regular basis. Due to a manual process of ikat dying and weaving, getting those patterns back in stock will take at least a month. One more word of caution here – the color will never be identical to the original color. It will be similar but never entirely identical. Reason for that is again a manual process of dying.
- This is why when we receive re-ordered scarves and they are slightly different from the ones we had originally, we re-take the pictures of the scarf to ensure that our customers get a true view of the product.
- You are responsible for any order you made on our website. Once you made a payment and we realize it, we process your order and let you know about it with information on how many days you should expect for delivery. We also let you know about the shipping and tracking.
SECTION 4 – Subject to Availability
- Because our products are unique and handmade they are subject to availability. Alesouk puts a lot of effort to provide accurate information on this website. If an item you have ordered is not in stock after the order has been placed, we inform you through our email provided in your order submission within 24 hours.
SECTION 5 – Shipping & Delivery
- Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped from Uzbekistan via Standard registered international airmail service or Express airmail services for your choice at check out process. All orders will be shipped from Uzbekistan within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Estimated shipping time is 8-21 working days for Standard airmail service delivery and only 3-7 working days for Express shipping.Transit Time may vary with the destination particularly during peak periods.
- The shipping costs are based on the products selected and will be determined by weight at checkout. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Registered mail requires signature on delivery so please ensure that there is someone to receive the pack on your address of delivery. If not look for a note from your local post office or contact your local post office within 2 weeks after you get a mail from us that your item has been shipped.
SECTION 6 – Tracking Number
- An automatic email will be send to our customer after the dispatch of the Shipment through Uzbekistan International airmail service, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked on the Uz Post web site www.pochta.uz/en and at the buyer local post office website
- Example: for United States www.usps.com, for Great Britain www.royalmail.com, for Australia www.auspost.com.au
- Please NOTE the tracking numbers we provide does not appear on www.usps.com until it will be delivered to customers or returned.
- We would like to apologize for the not updating your tracking information after shipping your item. We can not help you in this matter, USPS does not provides information on their website.
- DHL tracking numbers can be tracked through www.dhl.com. This number normally becomes operational within 48 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
SECTION 7 – Payments and Returns
- We accept Pay Pal payments and All credit and debit cards through the paypal. It has a use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for your security. You will see a Locked Padlock in your Internet Browser.Paypal is selected as it will give you an added comfort that we do not withhold any of your payment information about details of your credit card numbers. We do not have to worry about the security of your personal financial information, we leave it for Paypal.
- All the prices on our website are in United States Dollars. Prices do not include shipping charges, customs fees and insurance. If you wish to pay with different currency Paypal money system will take care of it. SECTION 8 – Returns&Refunds
- At alesouk.com we set ourselves the highest standards of customer service and product quality. Your satisfaction is our main priority.
- It is imperative that you love your purchase, or at least really, really like it. If, for any reason you are unhappy with any product we supply, send it back to us and we will replace it or provide you with a full refund.
- if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us we will try to solve the problem.
- We will refund your money paid for item. Returned items must be received in its original condition and in a proper packaging within 28 days of receipt of your order and we will issue a full refund of item price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item has been damaged on receipt or deemed faulty at which point alesouk.com will bear the cost.
- If you would like to exchange an item with a different one, we will happily do so. Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee and customer needs to pay shipping charges for sending a new item.
SECTION 9 –Wholesale orders
- For wholesale offers we provide all wholesale customers with 30-70% OFF wholesale discounts on LIST prices depending on product categories and order volume.
- The first MOQ must be at least 20 pcs of TOTAL collection to be considered as a wholesale and 20 pcs collection does not need to be from same category.
- There are NO minimum purchase requirements after the first order.
- Shipping expenses will be added on wholesale order cost at checkout process.
- Customs, import duties and other taxes will not be added on order cost. They will be paid by the customer when shipment arrives to the country of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for any import tariffs or duties. VAT (value added tax) and import duties change for each country.
